You may view and print reasonable portions of the site for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Client names, logos, and project examples displayed on the site remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission or for illustrative purposes only.

When you submit a contact form, book a consultation, or otherwise communicate with us, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Descriptions of services on this site are for general information and marketing purposes. They do not constitute a binding offer. Project scope, timelines, fees, deliverables, and ownership terms are defined only in a mutually executed agreement between WebBits and the client.

We do not use one standard deposit, payment schedule, cancellation window, or refund rule for all work. Each project, task, retainer, workshop, or other service may have its own commercial terms. Deposits, milestones, invoices, payment methods, late fees (if any), cancellations, and refunds are set out in the proposal, statement of work, contract, order form, or invoice that applies to that specific engagement.

By submitting payment for an engagement, you agree to the payment and billing terms stated in the documents for that engagement. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy describes how we approach billing in general and is incorporated into these Terms by reference, but it does not replace the terms in your signed or accepted agreement for a particular project or service.

Our site may link to or embed third-party services (for example, Calendly scheduling or social media platforms). Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Any reliance on information on this site is at your own risk.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE SUCH LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cabrera-Lalama Enterprises LLC (dba Web Bits) from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Union County, New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
