Cabrera-Lalama Enterprises LLC, registered in the State of New Jersey, doing business as Web Bits (“WebBits”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), respects your privacy. We are located in Union, NJ. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit webbits.dev, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information you provide. When you complete a contact form, book a consultation, subscribe to a newsletter, or email us, you may share your name, email address, phone number, company, and any details you include in your message.
Client and billing information. If you become a client, we collect information needed to perform the specific project or service you hired us for and to handle billing for that engagement. This may include billing contact details, purchase order numbers, tax identifiers, and payment-related information processed through our invoicing or payment providers. What we collect and how long we keep it can vary by engagement because each project or service is governed by its own agreement.
Information collected automatically. When you browse our site we automatically receive certain technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. This information is used to operate the site, diagnose issues, and analyze traffic.

We also use Calendly to schedule meetings. When you book a call, Calendly processes your name, email, and scheduling details on our behalf under their own Privacy Notice.
We use cloud infrastructure providers to host and deliver the site. Those providers may process technical logs (such as IP addresses and request metadata) needed to operate the service securely and reliably.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited cases:
- With service providers who help us operate the site (hosting, analytics, scheduling, email).

8. Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. International visitors
WebBits is operated by Cabrera-Lalama Enterprises LLC from Union, New Jersey, United States. If you access our site from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
